١) قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لعبة «أمجاد الصحراء» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم اللعبة. اللعبة تُقدَّم كما هي لغرض الترفيه الشخصي، وتُشغَّل بواسطة شركة CODAYM (ش.ذ.م.م) — سجل تجاري: 229699 — رقم ضريبي: 761-312-315.
٢) الحساب والاستخدام المقبول
- حسابك معرّف عشوائي بلا بيانات شخصية — أنت مسؤول عن حفظ رمزه إن أردت استعادة تقدمك.
- يُمنع إساءة الدردشة (شتائم/سبام/إغراق) أو استغلال ثغرات اللعبة أو استخدام برامج آلية تضر باللاعبين الآخرين.
- قد نوقف حسابًا مخالفًا بعد إنذار، مع حقك في الاستئناف عبر الدعم.
٣) المحتوى والقيم
اللعبة ملتزمة بالقيم العربية والإسلامية: بلا مقامرة ولا خمر ولا رموز دينية مسيئة. أحداث اللعبة خيالية مستوحاة من التراث العربي العام ولا تمثل أي شخصيات حقيقية.
٤) المشتريات
الإصدار الحالي مجاني بالكامل ولا يحتوي مشتريات داخل التطبيق ولا إعلانات. إن أضيفت مشتريات مستقبلًا فستكون عبر فوترة Google Play الرسمية فقط، وستُحدَّث هذه الشروط قبل ذلك.
٥) توفر الخدمة السحابية
اللعب المنفرد يعمل بلا اتصال. الخدمة السحابية (الندوة الشبكية والمستشار المتصل) تُقدَّم "كما هي" وقد تتوقف للصيانة — تقدمك المحفوظ يبقى مصانًا ولا يضيع بالانقطاع.
٦) الملكية الفكرية
اللعبة وأصولها وموسيقاها ونصوصها ملك لشركة CODAYM (ش.ذ.م.م). المعلقات العربية الشعرية ضمن الملكية العامة التراثية ونستشهد بها احترامًا للتراث.
٧) حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام اللعبة أو انقطاع الخدمة. أقصى مسؤوليتنا — في كل الأحوال — تعويض لا يتجاوز ما دفعته لنا مقابل اللعبة (صفر في الإصدار الحالي).
٨) حذف الحساب وإنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك إنهاء استخدامك في أي وقت بحذف حسابك من داخل اللعبة أو عبر صفحة الحذف — وهو فوري ونهائي.
٩) تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط؛ النسخة المحدثة تُنشر على هذه الصفحة بتاريخ أحدث، ويُعد استمرارك في اللعب قبولًا بها.
١٠) القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المصرية، وتخص نزاعاتها الاختصاص القضائي المصري.

1) Acceptance
By using "Umjad Al-Sahra" you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the game. The game is provided as-is for personal entertainment, and is operated by CODAYM LLC — Commercial Registry No. 229699 — Tax ID: 761-312-315.
2) Account & acceptable use
- Your account is a random identifier with no personal data — you are responsible for keeping your token if you wish to restore progress.
- Chat abuse (insults/spam/flooding), exploiting bugs, or running harmful automation against other players is prohibited.
- Violating accounts may be suspended after a warning, with the right to appeal via support.
3) Content & values
The game is committed to Arab and Islamic values: no gambling, alcohol, or offensive religious symbols. Game events are fictional, inspired by general Arab heritage, and do not represent real people.
4) Purchases
The current release is entirely free with no in-app purchases or ads. If purchases are added in the future they will go exclusively through official Google Play billing, and these terms will be updated beforehand.
5) Online service availability
Solo play works offline. The online service is provided as-is and may pause for maintenance — your saved progress is preserved and never lost due to downtime.
6) Intellectual property
The game, its assets, music, and texts belong to CODAYM LLC. Classical Arabic poetry quoted in the game is public-domain heritage, cited with respect.
7) Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or downtime. Our maximum liability in all cases equals what you paid us for the game (zero in this release).
8) Account deletion & termination
You may stop using the game at any time by deleting your account in-app or via the deletion page — immediate and final.
9) Changes
These terms may be updated; the revised version is published on this page with a newer date, and continued play constitutes acceptance.
10) Governing law
Egyptian law governs these terms; Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
