TLS (wss/https).

🇬🇧 English version

Last updated: October 2026 · Applies to the game "Umjad Al-Sahra" (Android) and its optional online service, operated by CODAYM LLC — Commercial Registry No. 229699 — Tax ID: 761-312-315.

1) Data we collect — and why

We designed the game on a "less is more" principle. Your account uses no email, no phone number, and no real name — just a random identifier:

• Player ID & account token: randomly generated on your device at first launch, to restore your progress across restarts or devices (if you keep the token).
• Gameplay data: your village progress (buildings, army, resources, glory, reports) — to run the game and persist your state.
• Operational data: connection counts and service health — for server monitoring only.

2) What we never collect

• No name, email, phone number, contacts, or photos.
• No location — the game requests no sensitive permissions.
• No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking — the game contains zero ads.
• We never sell or share any data with third parties.

3) Online mode (optional)

The game is fully playable offline. If you enable the online "Majlis" mode, your chosen in-game name and chat messages are sent to our server to display them to other players, with automatic profanity filtering. Messages are stored temporarily for conversation display and progressively discarded.

4) Storage & security

• Your progress is stored locally on your device in solo mode, and on our server in online mode.
• Server connections are encrypted via TLS (wss/https).
• Server data sits behind a firewall with no directly published ports.

5) Deleting your data

You have the full right to erase your data at any time:

• In-app: Settings → Delete account.
• On the web: via the account deletion page using your account token.

Deletion is immediate and final: your account and token are removed and the village name is recycled to an AI player. On-device data is cleared by uninstalling the app.

6) Children

The game is rated 13+ and we do not knowingly collect any data from children. If a child's account is discovered, we delete it immediately upon contact.

7) Contact

The game operator and data controller is CODAYM LLC — Commercial Registry No. 229699 — Tax ID: 761-312-315.
